Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 seeks individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in clients' homes or community locations. You will implement evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior, while collaborating with the clinical team.

No prior experience is required; full training is offered. Positions start part-time with a 6-month commitment and completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to maintain calm demeanor.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community sites.

Responsibilities
