As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT), you'll play a pivotal role in helping children with autism develop essential skills and achieve their goals. The RBT will follow individualized behavior intervention plans in direct therapy sessions tailored to each child's unique needs. Starting wages: $22-24 per hour dependent on experience and certification.
Work Schedule:
This position is for full-time hours, M-F, 30+ hours within the 8.30am-5.45pm work schedule.
