Job summary

Heartland ABA seeks dedicated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will support independence and behavior goals under supervision, helping children with Autism reach their full potential.

We offer paid training, flexible part-time hours, and a supportive clinical team. No prior ABA experience is required, making this an excellent entry point into the psychology field with real-world impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes or community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to implement skill-building care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Coordinate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.

• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Reliable method of transportation

Need to Knows:

• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in the community-based locations.
• All positions start off part-time.
• Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required
