Job summary

Heartland ABA seeks part-time ABA aides to support children with autism in home and community settings in Kansas. No prior experience is required as comprehensive paid training is provided.

The role includes completing the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course and maintaining a positive, supportive learning environment. Responsibilities include one-on-one ABA services, data recording, and collaboration with families and the clinical team to advance treatment outcomes.
