Job summary

Links ABA Therapy in New Jersey seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in children's homes. You’ll help build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and supervision from experienced BCBAs.

The role is part-time with flexible afternoon/evening shifts and weekend options. You will collect data, collaborate with a BCBA, and support families with strategies and progress updates, under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; psychology/education coursework a plus.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Evening/weekend availability preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.
