Job summary

Apploi is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) in Florham Park, NJ, to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes. You will help children build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on mentorship from a BCBA.

The role offers part-time hours with after-school and weekend opportunities, flexible shifts, and ongoing supervision. A high school diploma and reliable transportation are required, with experience and passion for helping families strongly preferred.

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT), you’ll work directly with children with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in homes. You’ll help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands‑on training and mentorship.

What You’ll Do

Requirements
