Stanbridge University’s Riverside Campus seeks Adjunct BSN Faculty to educate and mentor nursing students across theory, lab, and clinical settings. The role offers flexible part-time scheduling and opportunities to teach in multiple specialty areas within the BSN program.

Qualified applicants will hold a Master’s in Nursing, an active CA RN license, and at least four years of direct nursing experience, including recent acute care, with proficiency in educational technology.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current, active California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of four (4) years of direct patient care experience as an RN.
• Minimum of one (1) year of acute care experience within the past five (5) years.
• Recent direct patient care experience within the past five (5) years in the assigned specialty area (e.g., Med‑Surg, OB, Pediatrics, Mental Health, Community Health).
• American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Up-to-date immunization records.
• Proficiency in educational technology and basic computer applications.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver clinical and/or theory instruction using approved course materials.
• Develop instructional strategies that promote critical thinking and clinical judgment.
• Evaluate student performance using nursing standards and program competencies.
• Lead pre- and post-clinical conferences to reinforce learning.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of grades, attendance, and student performance.
