Teaching areas include Medical-Surgical, Obstetrics, Pediatrics, Mental Health, Community Health, and Nursing Leadership, with schedule flexibility and strong mentorship opportunities.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Nursing, an active California RN license, and current direct patient care experience, including acute care within the last five

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• California RN license (active, unencumbered).
• Minimum of four years of direct patient care as an RN.
• At least one year of acute care experience in the past five years.
• Recent direct patient care in the assigned specialty within five years.
• American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers.
• Up-to-date immunization records.
• Proficiency with educational technology and basic computer applications.

• Deliver clinical and/or theory instruction using approved course materials.
• Develop instructional strategies that promote critical thinking and clinical judgment.
• Evaluate student performance according to nursing standards.
• Facilitate integration of theory into patient care practice.
• Ensure patient safety and compliance with clinical site and university policies.
• Lead pre- and post-clinical conferences to reinforce learning.
