Job summary

Cabarrus College of Health Sciences seeks an instructor to facilitate student learning, advise students, and contribute to curriculum development. The role includes teaching in online or face-to-face settings, and participation in budget and program effectiveness processes.

Ideal candidates hold a master’s degree in nursing, an active RN license, and at least two years of clinical nursing experience. Experience in nursing education is preferred and credentialing in nursing education enhances

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing is required.
• Current or eligible RN license required in relevant state.
• Minimum 2 years clinical RN experience.
• Experience teaching in a pre-licensure nursing program preferred.
• Certificate program in nursing education and national nursing education certification completed.

Responsibilities

• Teaches and facilitates student learning in online or in-person settings.
