Qualifications

• MSN or higher degree in nursing.
• Current RN license in Indiana or eligible for Indiana licensure.
• Minimum of three years of recent clinical nursing experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervising undergraduate nursing students in clinical settings.
• Facilitating student learning and integration of classroom knowledge into clinical practice.
• Promoting the development of clinical judgment and evidence-based nursing care.
• Evaluating student performance and providing timely feedback.
• Collaborating with course coordinators, nursing faculty, and clinical agency personnel.
• Completing clinical documentation, attendance records, evaluations, and grading as assigned.
