Job description

One of our partners is hiring for a Business Process Improvement Analyst to support their Customer Operations organization.

This role requires understanding the structure, policies, and operations of the lines of business to enable change and deliver value to the organization.

The analyst conducts complex analysis on current and future state business processes and workflows with the objective of identifying opportunities for improvement or automation.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitate process workflow modeling to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities, and clearly defined end-to-end use cases.
  • Review information and trends to ensure that process outputs achieve desired results and that services meet agreed-upon service levels.
  • Validate IT process design and documentation for new enhancements as needed.
  • Create workflows and present findings using PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to present performance feedback effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Advanced understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes.
  • Deep knowledge of process modeling techniques such as BPMN, UML diagrams, data flow diagrams, and sequence diagrams, along with modeling tools like Visio, Bizagi, Camunda, Miro, and Lucid.
  • Familiarity with Celonis or similar process mining tools is a plus.
  • Previous reporting experience with MicroStrategy or Tableau is a plus.
