  • Assist with onboarding new products, programs, and sponsorship-banking partners by completing assigned requirements documentation, data review, configuration support, testing, training materials, and production-readiness activities under the direction of the Administrator II or management.
  • Execute reviews of data files, transmission results, interfaces, data mappings, and system processing outputs to identify missing, incomplete, rejected, or potentially inaccurate data.
  • Document exceptions, complete assigned reconciliation or validation activities, and **escalate identified issues**.

Assist the Administrator II with tuning analysis and maintenance activities. Assist with troubleshooting system or data issues, including those impacting partner integrations, and coordinate resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform testing for system upgrades, patches, new products, and partner implementations.
  • Maintain system procedures, job aids, inventories, data-flow and configuration records, testing evidence, issue logs, and control documentation for traditional banking and sponsorship banking requirements.
  • Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, management information, and system metrics supporting BSA/AML, sanctions, fraud, data-quality, platform-performance, and traditional banking and sponsorship-banking oversight.
  • Support audits and regulatory examinations by providing system data, reports, and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and enhanced controls across both traditional and partner-related system activities.
  • Perform administrative and support tasks as needed to ensure efficient team operations.
  • All other duties as assigned.
