Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years in finance/accounting or 5 years in casino operations.
• Strong knowledge of BSA/AML regulations and best practices.
• Must be able to obtain license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
• Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference exercised in hiring.

Aufgaben

• Monitor CTR/SAR reporting to FinCEN compliance standards.
• Perform CDD and KYC checks for customers and transactions.
• Investigate source of income (SOI) for suspicious activity.
• Maintain detailed records of reviewed transactions for audits.
• Ensure CTRs and SARs are properly completed and retained.
• Collaborate with finance and operations on AML policies.
• Prepare SARs for upper management submission when needed.
