ACNB Bank is a full-time Admin Support Worker in the Operations Center, Gettysburg, PA (onsite) with an additional York, PA location. The role focuses on BSA/AML and OFAC compliance, investigating unusual activity and documenting findings to support robust risk controls.

The ideal candidate holds an associate's or bachelor's degree in business/finance/criminal justice/accounting, with experience in BSA/AML compliance, branch banking preferred, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Criminal Justice, Accounting or related field.
• Experience in BSA/AML compliance; branch banking helpful.
• Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate BSA/AML system alerts, suspicious transactions, and high-risk relationships; document investigations.
• Ensure CTRs, SARs, OFAC reviews and other filings are completed accurately and timely.
