Job summary

ACNB Bank is seeking a Full-Time Admin Support Worker for the Operations Center in Gettysburg, PA (onsite). The role focuses on BSA/AML compliance, investigations, and regulatory reporting to protect customers and the bank. Strong analytical and documentation skills are essential.

The position requires a related degree and experience in banking compliance, with opportunities to advance through professional development and certifications. Onsite locations include Gettysburg and York, PA.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Criminal Justice, Accounting or related field preferred.
• Specialized education or experience in BSA/AML compliance, branch banking experience helpful.
• Strong understanding of BSA, AML, OFAC, CDD, CIP, and related banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Investigate BSA/AML system alerts and unusual activity, document investigations, and escalate when appropriate.
• Ensure CTRs, SARs, OFAC reviews, and other regulatory filings are completed accurately and on time.
• Strengthen CDD, EDD, CIP and Beneficial Ownership processes through monitoring and risk analysis.
• Serve as a resource to business units on suspicious activity and regulatory requirements.
