Job summary

IntelliPro is seeking a BSA/AML Operations Manager in Plano, TX for a 3+ month hybrid role. You will lead the BSA/AML program elements to prevent and detect money laundering, oversee KYC programs, and manage third-party oversight.

You will supervise day-to-day compliance, conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments, and serve as SME on BSA/AML/OFAC programs, escalating risks to the CCO and board while staying current with regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Four-year BA/BS degree required.
• Relevant work experience in BSA/AML/compliance.
• Experience conducting BSA/AML investigations.
• Proven leadership and strategic direction.
• Experience interacting with state or federal regulators.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of BSA/AML controls and KYC programs.
• Coordinate day-to-day BSA/AML compliance activities.
• Lead risk assessments for product/service development enterprise-wide.
• Oversee third-party BSA/AML/OFAC compliance.
• Serve as SME on enterprise-wide programs.
• Provide day-to-day leadership to BSA/AML/OFAC team.
• Develop training on AML typologies.
• Escalate risks to leadership up to CCO and Board.
• Stay current with BSA/OFAC regulatory requirements.
