We created the first-to-market, custom, 30-minute facial experience to make skincare more accessible, efficient, and effective. Each studio is equipped with expert estheticians who provide professional-grade results at an affordable price point.

Role

Glowbar is seeking a Studio Guide.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Create a welcoming, safe space for clients to experience our services
  • Assist clients with check-in and check-out processes
  • Ensure each client receives a memorable, friendly experience
  • Provide product knowledge and at-home routine suggestions
  • Follow up with clients via email/text regarding appointments

Care for Our Team

  • Provide feedback to management and collaborate with estheticians to improve client experience
  • Assist with daily studio tasks, inventory, and supplies
  • Uphold standards, policies, and procedures
  • Support social media efforts and participate in events

Ideal candidates embody dedication, teamwork, positivity, honesty, professionalism, and excellent communication skills. They should have a passion for beauty, skincare, and learning.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of hospitality experience with a proven track record in customer service
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and some weekdays
  • Availability varies based on part-time, full-time, or weekend-only roles
  • Enjoy interacting with customers and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic
  • Passion for beauty and skincare

Working Conditions

Our studios are active, client-focused environments involving standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting (up to 15 pounds), climbing stairs, and exposure to varying temperatures and humidity. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays is required.
