Job Summary:

Our Cast Members help bring Disney dreams to life. As a Brush Painter, you will:

• Prepare surfaces for painting on buildings, attraction vehicles, vending carts, and other components (interior and exterior).
• Assist in drywall preparation and surface finishing to professional standards, following instructions from Disney organizations.
• This role is specialized and not a general house painter position.

Basic Qualifications:

• Proficiency with craft tools such as brushes, rollers, mixers, spray equipment, plaster trowels, sanders, ladders, etc.
• Knowledge of surface preparation techniques, including sanding, scraping, cleaning, patching, and caulking various materials.
• Understanding of paints and coatings (latex, oil, enamel, stains, primers), and skill in color mixing and matching.
• Ability to work with plastic and fiberglass fillers.
• Experience using scaffolding, ladders, or other equipment safely at heights.
• Ability to measure surfaces and determine material needs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• At least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications:

Journeyman Level Painter with 5+ years of demonstrable experience.

Additional Information:

SCHEDULE: Must be available for overnight and extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with flexibility to work any shift.
