Job summary

Snooze Piedmont Park is hiring for a friendly server to help deliver an exceptional breakfast and brunch experience. You will greet guests, learn menu details, and coordinate food and beverage service while maintaining a clean dining area.

Applicants should value guest service and teamwork, be able to communicate with a diverse guest base, stand for long periods, and lift up to 20 pounds. Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the US.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated commitment to guest service and teamwork.
• Ability to communicate and understand guests' needs.
• Ability to stand for long periods (10+ hours) and perform light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Guests, treat each guest like a VIP.
• Know the menu and ingredients; explain why items are best.
• Deliver food/beverages, seat guests, bus tables, and assist as needed.
• Maintain a clean restaurant, from tables to host stands.
• Observe guests to ensure satisfaction with food, service, and ambiance.
