Job summary

Hash Kitchen Fort Worth is hiring a Host to greet guests warmly, manage the wait area and set the tone for a memorable dining experience. As the friendly face of the restaurant, you’ll welcome guests and help them feel comfortable from entry through seating.

No prior experience is required—on‑the‑job training is provided. You’ll learn the menu, support the team, and contribute to a fast-paced, hospitality‑driven environment with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• No previous experience is needed, we offer on the job training.
• Willing to go the extra mile to create the ultimate guest experience.
• Knowledgeable about the menu and the varying products we carry.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests as they enter the restaurant.
• Monitor the guest waitlist, estimate wait times, interact with guests while they are waiting and ensure they are comfortable.
• Answer phones, coordinate takeout phone orders, sell gift cards and collaborate with other squad members.
• Assist in the cleaning and organizing of the dining room and host area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
