Job summary

Farmers Restaurant Group in Tysons, VA, is seeking a Brunch Attendant to greet guests and help deliver our scratch-made food and beverages with warm hospitality. The role supports the service team, stocks the buffet, and assists on cooking stations as needed.

You will participate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that values reliable attendance, flexibility on weekends, and a dedication to guest satisfaction and cleanliness throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Full-service restaurant experience is helpful, but not required.
• Must be 18 years old due to service of alcohol.
• Excellent communication, hospitality and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, walk up and downstairs, carry food trays and lift up to 50 pounds, as needed.
• Capable of continuous bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, and use of hands and arms.

Responsibilities

• Train to work cooking stations.
• Keep buffet full and attractive by stocking and maintaining the buffet.
• Respond to guest requests with exceptional hospitality.
• Run food and drinks from kitchen and bar.
• Support the service staff by removing dishes and glasses from tables or counters and taking them to the dishwasher.
• Clean tables or counters after patrons have finished dining and set tables for next guests.
• Set up and break down brunch buffet area including sweeping and mopping.
• Ensure condiments are clean and full.
• Perform cleaning duties, such as sweeping, vacuuming carpet, tidying up server station, taking out trash.
• Are punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.
• Stock service areas with supplies, such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens.
• Other important tasks, as assigned, that keep all our guest operations humming.
