Description

Job Purpose

Under the supervision of the General Manager and Manager on Duty, performs a variety of customer-service related duties with the primary focus on handling cash in a responsible way.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Executes policies and procedures professionally and accurately.
• Accurately handles cash and register transactions.
• Responsible for alerting managers to any discrepancies with the cash register.
• Responsible for alerting managers to any unsafe or potentially hazardous conditions within the facility.
• Practices excellent customer service.
• Communicates clearly and professionally with staff and patrons.
• Ability to give customer proper directions to the facility within local surrounding area.
• Handle registration for memberships and facility programs
• Required to attend all training sessions and staff meetings.
• Required to be ready to work immediately at the time of scheduled shift.
• Responsible for completing all other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age or older.

• Ability to handle cash.
