Role in a nutshell:
We’re looking for a talented IT Engineer who has the experience necessary to help build out our existing enterprise infrastructure and troubleshoot problems as they arise. We’re a growing company with a team of highly dedicated IT professionals who give their all to help our enterprise flourish.

The ideal candidate for this position can prioritize mission-critical tasks and coordinate the construction and expansion of our IT systems so updates and other maintenance tasks don’t get in the way of daily operations. We’re interested in automating as many of our processes as possible to reduce the potential for human error.

Pls Note: It is a 12 month contract role based in Mumbai

Desired Experience:
Experience of 3 – 5 years

• Excellent technical knowledge of laptop hardware (100% Mac Endpoints)
• Software and Hardware Troubleshooting
• Good knowledge of Apple Mac systems
• Good knowledge & Experience of SaaS Based Applications & software.
• Good communication (both verbal and written) skills
• Analytical and problem solving

What will you do?

• Process IT On-boarding & Access Grant for New Employees
• Process IT Off-boarding & Access Revoke for Exiting Employees
• Diagnose and resolve Hardware & Software problems, over Apple Mac Systems
• Maintain & Support VC & AV systems in the meeting rooms.
• Assist users with any IT-related queries (software crashes, fixing heating problems, and addressing internet connectivity issues)
• Accurately record, update and document requests using the IT service desk tool (FreshService/Service Now etc)
• Install and configure new IT equipment (Laptop format, re-imaging, remote diagnostics, Remote installation)
• Inventory Management
• Co-ordinate with Service providers for any network, hardware or server-related issues
• Co-ordinate with remote location users for their IT queries for Employees based out of India, US, EMEA and APAC regions
• Good command and Experience with SaaS-based Software like Google Workspace, Gmail, Zoom & Slack.
• Ensure Network uptime, troubleshoot and fix network problems
