Job summary

Ulta Beauty in the United States seeks a Brow Waxing Expert to maximize Benefit brand sales and deliver exceptional guest service through brow and facial services, waxing, tinting, and product recommendations.

The role requires an active esthetics or cosmetology license where required by law, strong sales and communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends; you will train with brand partners and support in-store events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; esthetics or cosmetology license required by state law.
• Experience in makeup application and brow/facial waxing preferred.
• Proficiency with equipment used to perform technical beauty services.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals and store targets.
• Greet guests, personalize service, and recommend products and services.
• Perform brow and facial waxing, tinting, lash applications, and related services.
• Book appointments and support in-store events and promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
