Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Brow Waxing Expert for the Benefit brand to maximize sales and deliver personalized beauty services in a welcoming environment. You will perform brow/bar services, engage guests, and drive service and product sales across the Brow Bar.

The role requires an active license in Esthetics or Cosmetology, strong guest service skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, at our Scranton store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license required by state law.
• Experience in makeup application and waxing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greet guests and personalize service to their needs.
• Perform brow bar services including waxing and tinting.
• Book and manage guest appointments.
• Maintain Brow Bar cleanliness and store standards.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and state board guidelines.
