Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; Cosmetology or esthetics license required where law dictates.
• Experience in make-up application and brow/facial waxing is preferred.
• Proficiency with equipment used for technical work.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals and store targets.
• Greet guests, personalize service, and recommend products and services.
• Perform Brow Bar services including waxing, tinting, tweezing and lash applications.
• Book appointments and manage events using the store system.
• Maintain hygiene standards and comply with state guidelines.
• Collaborate with team and participate in trainings to drive sales.
