Job summary

Ulta Beauty in New York seeks an Arch Expert to maximize Benefit brand sales by engaging guests, performing brow and facial services, makeup applications, and in-store demonstrations. An active esthetics or cosmetology license and exceptional guest service are required.

You will book appointments, maintain Brow Bar, and collaborate with Benefit partners, ensuring safety, sanitation, and brand standards while delivering outstanding shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology or esthetics license required by state law.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Experience in makeup application and waxing preferred.
• Proficiency with equipment needed to perform technical work.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greet guests, personalize service, and recommend products.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Perform brow bar services: waxing, tweezing, tinting, lashes.
• Book appointments for initial and return services and events.
• Maintain Brow Bar area, testers, and hygiene standards.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and brand procedures.
• Collaborate with store teams and brand partners.
