Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Arch Expert to maximize Benefit brand sales by engaging guests, assessing needs, and performing eyebrow/facial services. You will demonstrate products, conduct makeup applications, and book appointments while upholding brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires an active Esthetics or Cosmetology license (as required by state law), strong guest service, and the ability to learn product knowledge quickly to support sales and events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license as required by state law.
• Experience in makeup application and waxing is preferred.
• Proficiency with beauty product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and recommend products and services.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis for guests.
• Book Brow Bar appointments and manage services.
• Maintain store standards and comply with safety and hygiene procedures.
