Are you a licensed beauty or wellness professional looking for a beautiful, clean, and collaborative space to grow your business? I’m an esthetician with a newly expanded studio in the heart ofCherry Creek North, and I’m looking to rent out2 private treatment roomsto like-minded professionals.

Ideal for:

Cosmetic Injectors, Brow/Lash Artists, Body Waxers, Massage Therapists, Acupuncturists, Holistic Healers, permanent MUA or MUA, and other beauty/wellness providers.

The Space:

• Located in adesirable, well-maintained office buildingin Cherry Creek North
• 4 treatment rooms total –2 available for full-time rent now
• Shared waiting/reception areawith seating and refreshments
• Kitchen/break roomwith a communal sink
• Beautiful natural light– all rooms have windows facing outside
• Clean, quiet, and freshly updatedwith new floors and paint
• Plenty of guest parkingfor clients
• Professional, peaceful atmosphere

Full-Time Room Rental:

• $1,275/month
• $500 security deposit
• Half off first month’s rent
• Each room is approximately90 sq ft
• No in-room plumbing (pump sinks permitted if needed)
• 12-month lease preferred
• Tenants must carry liability & personal property insurance
• Your clients will enjoy:access to the waiting area + complimentary water, sparkling water & tea

Part-Time Room Rental (Shared Room):

• 1furnished room available part-time(up to 3 weekdays/week)
• Not available on Saturdays
• Shared with another Esthetician
• $600/month for 3 weekdays/week

Please note that we already have an Esthetician in the space providing facials and skincare treatments so at this time we are not interested in adding another renter whose main services are facials and skincare treatments (peels, microderms, facials, etc).
