Marsden is seeking a dedicated GMP Clean Room Cleaner to join our 24/7 manufacturing facility in Brooklyn Park, MN. The role operates in a sterile clean room environment and requires following strict gowning procedures and protective gear.

You will perform sanitation protocols, logbooks, and prepare chemical solutions. Training 1–2 weeks laptop-based. Must be 18+, basic English, and willing to work overtime.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated GMP Clean Room Cleaner to join our 24/7 manufacturing facility. Operating in a sterile clean room environment, the ideal candidate must be comfortable following strict gowning procedures and wearing additional protective gear as required by specific cleaning zones. Key responsibilities include executing precise sanitation protocols, accurately filling out logbooks, and safely mixing chemical solutions. Because this role directly protects the integrity of life-saving medications, the first 1–2 weeks will consist of laptop-based training focused on critical safety and sanitary procedures designed to eliminate contaminants. This position requires the ability to read and write in English and a willingness to work overtime when needed. While we operate on a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week schedule, flexible start times are available for the right hire.

Requirements:

• Physically able to bend, lift up to 30 lbs., walk quickly, and remain on your feet throughout the shift
