Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Technical Service: Diagnose complex HVAC/system issues, perform hydronic heating work, and complete system repairs.
• Capital Improvements: Manage equipment replacements and obtain necessary approvals before starting major work.
• Field Travel: Safely drive to client locations throughout Brooklyn for on-site service calls.
