Storage Post in Brooklyn, NY is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to be the face of our Suffolk County, NY facility and manage day-to-day operations. You will greet customers, show units, process rentals, and handle payments while maintaining a clean, secure site.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in retail, sales, or customer service.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-starter who can manage responsibilities independently.
• Willing to work weekends as required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, show units, and close rentals.
• Respond to inquiries and follow up with leads.
• Perform daily property walk-throughs and lock checks.
• Maintain clean, presentable facility both inside and out.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks and payment processing.
