Job summary

Riverence Brood LLC is seeking a Brood Technician in Training to support daily farm operations in Idaho. The role focuses on feeding, mortality tracking, and screen maintenance in a physically demanding outdoor environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and basic math skills, with aquaculture experience preferred. This full-time position may involve on-call hours and occasional heavy lifting.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills; ability to calculate quantities.
• Aquaculture experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Feed, count mortalities, and scrub screens daily.
• Follow the daily worklist and farm workflow.
• Identify pond sections, rearing areas, and fish flow.
• Follow Emergency Action Plan and maintain biosecurity.
• Promote farm cleanliness and proper PPE use.
• Maintain records accurately and communicate with supervisors.
• Work outdoors in variable weather and lift heavy loads as needed.
