Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Alabama is seeking outgoing, energetic sales professionals to accurately represent our brand and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced salon. Our ideal candidate is motivated to achieve daily sales goals, will consult with customers in a friendly, upbeat manner, and educate them on the Golden Rules of Tanning while ensuring all company and legal requirements are met.

The role requires standing for extended periods and light lifting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7+ hours/day).
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensure legal/company requirements are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Handle cash, opening/closing duties.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals.
