Palm Beach Tan - Suntime South, LLC is seeking outgoing, energetic sales associates to accurately represent our brand and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is highly motivated to achieve sales goals in a commission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7+ hours) per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensure company and legal requirements are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Handle cash, open/close the business.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals.
