Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• New York State license and current registration or a limited permit for a recent graduate.
• Knowledge of general therapeutic equipment.
• General computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care including evaluation and treatment as outlined by NYS Physical Therapy Practice Act and Hospital policy.
• Provides daily clinical supervision to PTAs, Rehabilitation Aides and students.
• Embraces the team concept of the department and the customer service approach to patient care.
