The ideal candidate will have a specialty in Family or Internal Medicine, experience in outpatient care, and be registered to practice in New York State. The position offers an annual salary between $210,000 and $265,000 along with robust benefits.

Qualifications

• A graduate of an accredited medical school.
• Currently registered to practice as a Physician in New York State with a specialty in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Recent experience in an out-patient care setting managing care of the substance use population.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and support the care team to enhance professional growth.
• Deliver patient-centered primary care integrating preventive, chronic, and acute care strategies.
• Document clinical encounters accurately in the electronic health record.
