Lift Solutions, a Bronx, NY-based provider of lifting and rigging solutions, seeks a Branch Manager to lead our Bronx operation. The role focuses on revenue growth, operational excellence, and a high-performance culture, collaborating with operations, sales, and leadership.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in business or related field, rigging industry experience, proven leadership, and strong financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business, operations, or related field.
• Rigging industry experience preferred.
• Proven leadership and decision-making能力.

Responsabilités

• Manage branch operations and uphold a strong safety culture with monthly safety meetings.
• Achieve operational targets, budget goals and profitability through P&L analysis and inventory management.
• Drive customer satisfaction by partnering with the sales team and maintaining high service standards with top customers and prospects.
• Conduct monthly branch operations meetings to ensure accountability for goals and objectives.
• Provide input to leadership on branch growth strategies and operational performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members through performance management and coaching.
• Oversee inventory counts and annual physical inventory.
• Serve as the point of contact for facility, vehicle, and equipment maintenance.
