Orchard Robotics is seeking a Brokerage Leader to establish our presence in San Diego, California. This role involves recruiting and developing a high-performing team and leading Orchard's growth in a new market.

As a commission-only position, your potential earnings can exceed $200,000 annually, with no cap on income. Candidates should have an active California real estate license and extensive experience in real estate management and team building.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a licensed agent.
• 3+ years of managing or mentoring experience.
• At least 10 closed real estate transactions in the last 12 months.

We are looking for a driven, broker‑minded Brokerage Leader to establish Orchard's presence in San Diego, CA, recruit and develop a team of high‑performing agents, and become the face of Orchard in your market. Compensation

This is a commission‑only (1099) position. The average full‑time fully ramped Brokerage Leader earns $120,000 to $200,000+ per year. There is no cap on earnings.

What We Are Looking For

• Active and unrestricted California real estate license and located in the greater San Diego, CA area
• 5+ years of experience as a licensed agent. Managing broker license preferred.
• 3+ years of experience managing or mentoring real estate agents
• At least 10 closed transactions in the last 12 months
• A track record of recruiting and building a team, not just managing one
• A proven ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting or exceeding production targets
• Demonstrated ability to coach a team, develop skills, and drive results without a company‑supplied lead pipeline
• Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
