Job summary

Teksky LLC in Fort Worth, TX, seeks an Operations Manager to oversee daily brokerage middle- and back-office activities and lead a small team. You will ensure accurate trade processing, settlements, and client support while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include monthly blotters, commission adjustments, onboarding institutional and retail clients, and coordination with underwriters and RIAs.

Qualifications

• FINRA SIE/Series 99 required.
• Series 7/24 preferred.
• Strong Excel and Office 365 skills.
• Trade processing, settlements, and regulatory reporting.
• Pershing NetX360 and Bloomberg TOMS familiarity.
• Municipal bonds and fixed-income knowledge.
• Broker-dealer and securities operations experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare monthly trade blotters and commission adjustments.

Support client requests, institutional sales, underwriters, and RIA operations.

Handle registered representative setup and account entitlements.

Manage institutional and retail client onboarding.

Monitor trade settlements, reporting, margins, wires, and operational exceptions.

Oversee municipal, government, and corporate bond trades, along with equities and mutual funds.

Manage a team of 2–4 operations professionals.

Required Skills:

FINRA SIE/Series 99; Series 7/24 preferred.

Strong Excel and Microsoft Office 365 skills.

Trade processing, settlements, and regulatory reporting.

Pershing NetX360 and Bloomberg TOMS/Terminal.
