UPS is seeking a Brokerage Admin Associate to support customers through the customs clearance process. You will be the primary contact for brokerage inquiries, guiding documentation and ensuring on-time submissions in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in brokerage/logistics or customer service, with strong Greek and English communication and proficiency in MS Excel/Word. This is a full-time, on-site role offering growth opportunities.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in Brokerage, Customs Clearance, Logistics, or Customer Service.
• Strong customer-service orientation with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Greek and English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for brokerage and customs clearance inquiries.
• Provide timely support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Guide customers through customs requirements and documentation.
• Review and maintain customs-related documents for clearance.
• Communicate proactively to ensure information is submitted on time.
• Resolve customer issues by coordinating with internal teams.
• Provide accurate information on regulations, services, charges.
• Build positive customer relationships with exceptional service.
• Follow company policies and service standards.
• Support administrative and reception activities in the department.
