Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a detail-oriented Onboarding & Maintenance Associate to support brokerage accounts. You will process account openings, review documentation, and respond to client inquiries with timely updates.

The role requires precise execution within a 48-hour turnaround window and collaboration with internal partners across channels. The position emphasizes handling high-volume work, maintaining documentation integrity, and escalating issues when necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, client service, or brokerage support.
• Ability to manage a high-volume personal caseload with 48-hour turnaround times.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal partners and clients.
• Flexible hours from 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and maintain accounts by reviewing requests for completeness and processing openings/updates.
• Review and approve required account documentation and obtain necessary approvals.
• Answer client inquiries across channels, provide status updates and communicate decisions.
• Perform basic research to resolve routine processing errors and escalate as needed.
• Identify issues in daily tasks and escalate risk concerns when appropriate.
