Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience supporting brokerage accounts or clients in operations or client service.
• Ability to manage a high-volume personal caseload and meet 48-hour turnaround times.
• Strong written and verbal communication for internal partner interactions.
• Flexibility to work 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and maintain accounts by reviewing requests for completeness and processing openings or updates.
• Review and approve account documentation, obtain required approvals or exceptions, and complete requests.
• Respond to client inquiries via multiple channels, provide status updates and decisions.
• Perform basic research and resolve routine processing errors and exceptions.
• Identify potential issues in daily tasks and escalate risk as needed.
• Provide general operational support including handling inbound calls, mail, and record-keeping.
• Understand end-to-end process flow, controls, and upstream/downstream impacts.
