The purpose of this role is to develop and analyze customer and broker data to generate insights supporting the Commercial and Specialty underwriting teams in daily operations and strategic initiatives.

Broker Partnerships Senior Specialist
  • Location: USA - NY - New York, GA - Atlanta, IL - Chicago
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid
  • Salary Range: $75,000 - $141,000
The Opportunity

This role focuses on developing systems to enhance data capture, producing reports, cross-referencing data, supporting broker relationships, and analyzing data for insights.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities and develop systems to expand customer and broker data collection
  • Produce reports on customer and broker relationships, highlighting key insights for leadership
  • Cross-reference broker pipeline data with company data to target accounts efficiently
  • Support national broker relationships as an associate relationship manager
  • Assist with ad-hoc reports and projects, ensuring alignment with business needs
  • Gather feedback from Underwriting leaders on broker relationships and priorities
Work Experience:

Required:

  • 5+ years in Commercial and Specialty insurance
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Preferred:

  • Experience with Business/Reporting analysis tools like Qlikview, Power BI, Tableau
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience with relational databases and developing analytic solutions
Qualifications:

  • Tertiary Degree or equivalent experience

The salary is based on role complexity, location, and candidate background. Employees are also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Benefits include:
