Our Construction & Infrastructure Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Broker to join our Chicago C&I Brokerage team.
This position is hybrid, offering the option to work from our Atlanta, Houston, or Dallas offices. We are also open to considering applicants for our Florida Offices in Jacksonville or Miami.

The Casualty Broker plays a key role in assessing client needs, preparing market submissions, and negotiating coverage terms with insurers to secure optimal outcomes. This role collaborates closely with the Construction Casualty Broking Leaders, Account Executives, Originators, and Account Managers across Aon’s Commercial Risk platform.

This Broker opportunity is designed to be more than just a transactional role—it’s a strategic, client-facing opportunity that blends deep industry expertise with leadership and innovation.
Bachelor’s degree in with emphasis in business, preferably finance or accounting or equivalent years of industry experience.

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $77,200 to $123,500 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive [an annual discretionary bonus] [production incentives] in addition to base salary. The amount of any [bonus] [production incentives] varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
