Job Summary

Manage new broker applications, enrollment forms, educate brokers on plan benefits across all markets, and ensure compliance with CMS requirements in these processes.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Handle new broker applications and enrollment forms.
• Educate brokers on plan benefits in all markets.
• Ensure CMS requirements are met in the processes.
• Answer inbound phone calls – develop and maintain a single point of contact by addressing inquiries from national brokers regarding application submissions, Medicare Advantage products, and supply requests and fulfillment.

Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Job Qualifications

Required Education

High school diploma or GED.

Required Experience

1-3 years.
