Qualifications

• 4-Year College Degree.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• 5+ years of business experience (sales and marketing preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Broker Channel strategy for MAS.
• Support, coach, and develop MAS Broker DMs.
• Drive activity to meet broker channel sales quotas.
• Evolve the broker value proposition.
• Personally engage with top national and regional firms.
• Deepen executive level relationships.
• Represent ADP externally at Broker summits.
• Partner closely with other business areas.
• Create and oversee coordination of marketing activities.
• Communicate relevant market information.
• Promote stakeholder engagement.
• Create and drive projects to drive growth.
• Increase associate productivity.
