Windermere Real Estate in Elk Grove, CA, is seeking a motivated, people-focused Broker to join our collaborative, client-centered team. You’ll act as a trusted advisor guiding clients through buying or selling journeys.

Responsibilities include assessing needs, performing CMA, preparing contracts and disclosures, maintaining listings, and marketing properties to buyers and investors. Must be licensed or enrolled in real estate school.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school.
• Proven sales success in real estate or a sales-driven environment.
• Personable and approachable with excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to guide clients through transactions.
• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented, able to work independently while collaborating.

• Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including contracts, agreements, leases, and closing statements, in compliance with legal and regulatory standards
• Maintain and regularly update property listings to ensure accurate and current market representation
• Professionally present, promote, and market residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers and investors

• Must be a LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENT or CURRENTLY ENROLLED in real estate school.
• Proven sales successin the real estate industry or a strong background in a sales-driven environment
• Personable and approachablewith excellent interpersonal and client service skills
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilitiesto guide clients through real estate transactions confidently
