Pilgrims is seeking a Broiler Service Technician for our Natchitoches, LA location. The role focuses on monitoring bird mortality, feed conversion, sizing, and scheduling, while collaborating with contract growers to optimize performance and costs.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in poultry science or related field and 2–5 years of directly related experience, with a valid driver's license. EOE, including disability/vets.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison between company and grower.
• Monitors husbandry practices by growers and makes recommendations.
• Tracks, records, and analyzes bird mortality rates.
• Maintains feed tank inventories and orders feed when necessary.
• May schedule and train other employees.
