Job summary

ATG Entertainment is seeking an Intern to join our Theatre Operations team for the Spring 2027 term. The internship offers hands-on exposure to planning and executing Broadway performances, with responsibilities spanning office support, patron inquiries, and project work.

Hours are 16–20 per week, including 2 office days and several walk-ins, with weekend/holiday shifts preferred. The role emphasizes collaboration, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to operations management.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Effective problem-solving skills and proactive time management.
• Ability to walk up and down stairs and stand for the duration of a shift.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre Management, Performing Arts or similar preferred OR currently enrolled in Theatre Management, Performing Arts or similar course(s) helpful.
• Experience with Microsoft Office including but not limited to Office 365.

Responsibilities

• General office support.
• Provide phone- and email-based customer service to patrons.
• Organization of department processes.
• Printing and design projects.
• Running errands.
• Assisting house managers at theatres.
• Other administrative duties and projects as assigned.
